This dish can be ideal for your

meal!
Ingredients
- 100 g. cooked fusilli pasta or any other shapes
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- 3 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cooked minced pork
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to Cook
- Melt 1 tbsp of the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Then add the onion.
- Stir frequently, until golden brown. Set aside.
- Add 2 eggs to a mixing bowl. Whisk for a minute.
- Add 2 diced slices of cheddar cheese.
- Add the sautéed onions.
- Add 2 tbsp of cooked minced pork.
- Add 1 tbsp of salt and ½ tbsp of oregano and mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Lightly coat the pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil.
- Once the pan is hot, pour in the omelette mixture.
- Cook for a few minutes until the bottom of the omelette has set.
- Then carefully flip the omelette over.
- Continue cooking the omelette until golden brown and cooked through
- (no runny egg left).
- Transfer omelette to a serving plate.
- Top the omelette with 1 slice cheddar cheese. Then place it in the oven at 100 degree C for a few minutes or just until the cheese starts to melt.
SERVE HOT RIGHT AWAY!
